About HoW Services
With over 40 years of hands-on experience, HoW Services provides complete building maintenance and renovation solutions under one roof. Based in Llanelli, we take pride in delivering honest, reliable, and skilled craftsmanship for homes and businesses across Wales.
Our story and craft
Since the early 1990s, I spent years using my trade knowledge to help family and friends tackle extensive home improvement and renovation projects. After relocating from London to Wales and gaining valuable experience in various roles, I founded HoW Services to work directly with clients and deliver high standards on my own terms. Today, we bring over four decades of dedicated trade experience to every job, big or small.
Everything under one roof
Managing multiple contractors can be stressful and costly. With HoW Services, your project is handled by a single dedicated contractor from start to finish. From Certified QS 18th edition (including updates) electrical installations and full rewires to bespoke carpentry, small brickwork constructions, plumbing repairs, and garden works, we manage all estimation and execution seamlessly.
Treating your property like our own
We treat every home and workspace with the highest level of care. We meticulously safeguard your existing décor and surroundings throughout the project, keeping our working area tidy and respectful. Working closely alongside you, we listen carefully to your goals and find practical, durable solutions to turn your property visions into reality.
"Having one trusted contractor who can handle electrics, carpentry, and building works with meticulous care made all the difference to our home renovation."
